The terms that govern your use of NoVo. By using the Service, you agree to them.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NoVo Options Trading ("NoVo," "we," "us"), including the website, dashboards, analytics and trade-execution features (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
NoVo provides options market-data, dealer-positioning analytics, and a one-click trade-execution interface that connects to your own brokerage account. NoVo is a software tool only. It is not a broker-dealer or investment adviser, does not hold your funds, and does not provide financial advice.
You must be of legal age and legally permitted to trade options in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
To use execution features you connect your own brokerage account via an API key. You authorize NoVo to place and manage only the trades you initiate. You may revoke that access at your broker at any time. You are responsible for your broker relationship and for complying with your broker's terms.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Prices may change with notice; changes do not affect the term you have already paid for.
NoVo does not trade autonomously. Every entry is initiated by you. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk management and results. See our Risk Disclosure.
You agree not to misuse the Service — no reverse-engineering, reselling, scraping, sharing your access, or using it unlawfully. We may suspend access for violations.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that data is accurate, complete or uninterrupted, or that the Service will be error-free. Market data may be delayed or wrong.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoVo is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, execution features stop and your broker connection is no longer used.
