NoVo Analyst starts with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time during the trial to avoid being charged at all. The trial is the best way to decide whether NoVo fits how you trade — with no risk.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your member portal or by emailing support@novo-options.trade. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and it will not renew after that.
Because the trial lets you evaluate NoVo before paying, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription periods already billed, and partial months are not prorated. That said, we're reasonable people — if you were charged in error, hit a genuine problem, or something clearly went wrong, email us at support@novo-options.trade and we'll make it right.
If you were double-billed or charged for a duplicate subscription, contact us and we'll refund it promptly — no hassle.
