Refund & cancellation policy

We want NoVo to be worth it, and we keep it simple: try before you pay, cancel anytime, no lock-in.

Free trial

Analyst starts with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time during the trial to avoid being charged at all. The trial is the best way to decide whether NoVo fits how you trade — with no risk.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your member portal or by emailing support@novo-options.trade. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and it will not renew after that.

Refunds

7-day money-back on your first payment. If NoVo isn’t for you, email support@novo-options.trade within 7 days of your first charge and we’ll refund it. That applies to every plan, bundles included — Trader and the NoVo Complete bundle have no trial, so it is their evaluation window; Analyst, the Crypto Market Map and the Analyst + Crypto bundle each start with a 7-day free trial you can cancel before any charge — one free trial per customer, so if you have already used yours the subscription simply starts paid (upgrading an active subscription to a bundle keeps the trial; we email you either way). After that, subscription periods already billed are not refunded and partial months are not prorated. That said, we're reasonable people — if you were charged in error, hit a genuine problem, or something clearly went wrong, email us at support@novo-options.trade and we'll make it right.

Duplicate or accidental charges

If you were double-billed or charged for a duplicate subscription, contact us and we'll refund it promptly — no hassle.
