An alert that fires when SPY, QQQ or IWM breaks or reclaims a MAJOR level and holds past it (prior-day high/low, opening range, pre-market high/low) — with a hold-vs-break playbook and the confirmation to watch. It's deterministic and educational, capped to one per level per direction per day, with a 20-minute minimum gap and at most four a ticker per day (two before 12:30pm ET, two after), on the dashboard and as a push if you have alerts on. It is never a signal to trade.

Not for NoVo. The live market data is included in your subscription, so nothing needs to be connected and nothing needs to be installed. You trade wherever you already trade — your brokerage account is never linked to NoVo.

After subscribing, go to your portal at novo-options.trade/portal, create your account. Your dashboard is live the moment the account exists — nothing to install, nothing to configure. Most people are reading the map within minutes.

Never. It's non-custodial. Your capital stays in your accounts at all times.

Yes, and you should know that before subscribing. NoVo is an analysis tool, not a guarantee; reading structure well does not make you right. You decide every trade and every size, and only deploy capital you are prepared to risk. Options trading involves significant risk of loss.

From your member portal, click the dashboard button for the tier(s) you're on. Analyst opens the live dealer map at /analyst/live; Trader opens the live map at /trader/live. It's token-gated to your account.

The dashboards are installable web apps (PWAs). On iPhone/iPad: open it in Safari, tap Share → Add to Home Screen. On Android/Chrome: open it, tap the menu → Install app / Add to Home screen. It then opens full-screen like a native app.

Analyst — yes. Add the dashboard to your home screen, allow notifications when prompted, and you'll get ‘The Line’ level-breaks and each session's read pushed to you. Turn them on or off any time from the dashboard. Trader — no. If you're trading you're already looking at the dashboard, so it doesn't ask.

The badge flips to RECONNECTING if it hasn't received a fresh publish recently (e.g. a brief outage). It clears itself once data resumes — just leave it open or reload. If it persists for more than a few minutes during market hours, ping us in Discord.

Analyst and the Crypto Market Map each start with a 7-day free trial — a card is collected up front and it auto-converts unless you cancel before it ends. Trader, and the NoVo Complete bundle that contains it, have no trial. The Analyst + Crypto bundle does. Every plan carries a 7-day money-back on your first payment (see the Terms). Trials are one per customer.

A bundle is one subscription billed as two lines that add up to the bundle price — Analyst + Crypto is $169/mo, NoVo Complete is $239/mo. You are charged the bundle price, not the sum of the standalone plans.

One click from the billing link in any Stripe receipt, or from your member portal — no questions asked. Cancel any time; you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for.

Existing subscribers keep the rate they signed up at — Stripe never re-prices a live subscription. If prices change, you're grandfathered at your original rate for as long as you stay subscribed.

Yes — all payments run through Stripe. NoVo never sees or stores your card details.
