Can NoVo touch my money?

No. NoVo has no connection to your brokerage or your bank, holds no funds, and cannot move money. There is nothing for it to reach.

Does NoVo trade on its own?

No. NoVo places no trades at all - not automatically, and not on your instruction. It is analysis; you take whatever trade you decide on, wherever you trade.

What data do you keep about me?

Your email, your subscription status and your dashboard settings. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach NoVo.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes - one click from your member portal or the billing link in any Stripe receipt. Access runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

Support is answered within one business day, usually sooner. If you have not heard back in two, send it again — it did not arrive.

Can you help me with a trade?

No. NoVo is analysis, not advice, and we will not tell you what to buy or sell. We will happily explain what a level on the map means or how a number is calculated.

I want to cancel.
