How easy a subscription is to leave is worth knowing before you start one, so this is written plainly and in public. There is no retention maze, no phone call, and no cancellation fee.

Two ways to cancel

You can cancel from your member portal at any time, or by emailing support@novo-options.trade and asking. Either works, both are honoured, and neither requires a reason. There is no form that hides the button and no offer sequence you have to decline three times.

What happens to your access

Your access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and then does not renew. Cancelling on day two of a month does not cut you off on day two — you keep what you paid for and simply are not charged again. Your account itself stays; it reverts to the free tier, so the portal's delayed levels, the Sunday and mid-day notes, the Journal and the Discord all keep working.

Cancelling during a trial

Analyst and the Crypto Market Map each start with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time inside those seven days and you are not charged at all — the trial exists so the decision costs nothing. Trader has no trial, because it is the tier with the live terminal; it has a 7-day money-back window instead.

The refund window

All three plans carry 7-day money-back on your first payment. If you have paid and decided within a week that it is not for you, email support inside seven days of that first charge and it is refunded. Duplicate or double charges are refunded whenever they surface, trial or not. The binding version is the refund and cancellation policy.

Nothing to disconnect

One thing you do not have to do on the way out: revoke anything. NoVo never connects to a brokerage account, holds no API keys and has no order access, so cancelling is a billing event and nothing more. There is no key to rotate and no permission to withdraw — the detail is on the security page. Full pricing for every plan is in what NoVo costs.
