The dealer map has a lot on it, but you don't read all of it every time. There's an order — regime first, then levels — that gets you the whole structural picture fast. Here's the routine.
The 30-second order
1. Regime (5 sec). Is net GEX positive or negative — are you fading or chasing today? This single question frames everything. 2. The flip (5 sec). Where's the gamma flip relative to price? How much room before the regime could change? 3. The walls (10 sec). Where are the call and put walls — your realistic upside and downside targets/fade zones? 4. Gravity (5 sec). Where's the magnet — is price stretched from it or pinned to it? 5. Expected move (5 sec). How far can today realistically travel? Is your target inside the expected move or a fantasy?
Regime, flip, walls, gravity, expected move. Same order, every time — the read becomes a reflex, not a research project.
Why the order matters
Regime comes first because it changes the meaning of every level below it — a wall is a fade in positive gamma and a launchpad in negative. Read the levels before the regime and you can draw the right lines but trade them the wrong way. The sequence encodes the logic: which market am I in, then where are its edges.
Making it a habit
Run this before every setup until it's automatic. Most losing trades come from acting on a chart pattern without the structural context this checklist supplies in half a minute. It's also, in essence, what NoVo surfaces for you at a glance — the whole map in a form you can read in one look — so the read that used to take a desk of screens takes a glance before you click.
NoVo reads the full tape and maps every dealer level live — the market intelligence no human can track by hand — then draws it on your chart as it moves, and tells you what it has seen this setup do before.
