Robinhood Wallet has no page listing newly launched coins. The trending list on its home screen is the nearest thing, so it is easy to assume everything on it is new. It is not. On 4 October 2026 the coins on the list ranged from two days old to nearly three months old.

Trending is not a launch list

A coin is created in one moment and reaches the list in another. The gap can be a day or a season. Some coins trade quietly for weeks among people who watch the chain directly, then gather enough activity to appear in front of everyone who opens the app. Most never appear at all. The Wallet’s trending list covers why that second moment is the one that changes a coin’s audience.

What a young entry means

A coin that is two days old has almost no history. Its pool has not been through a quiet day. Nobody has seen whether its depth stays when the trading slows. Every number on it is a first reading. That is a statement about how little can be checked. It does not make the coin worse or better than an older one.

What an older entry means

A coin that is weeks or months old has a record you can read. You can see whether its pool held steady, grew or drained along the way. You can see whether this is its first run of attention or its third.

Age brings its own risk. An older coin has holders who bought earlier, often at lower prices. A place on the trending list brings them a larger crowd to sell to. Holder concentration and exit risk explains why it matters who those holders are and how much they own.

Measure age the right way

A token’s age is the age of the oldest pool it trades in. A coin that has traded for weeks can open a fresh pool this morning and look newborn if you read the wrong date. A token’s age is its oldest pool goes through the dates a token carries and which one to trust.

One day’s range, not a rule

The range above is what the list held on one day. It is a measurement, and the next day’s list can look different. The point it supports is narrow and safe: age on this list varies widely, so it has to be read coin by coin.

Where NoVo shows it

On the Crypto Market Map the Robinhood tab keeps two lists apart. The trending list has no age limit. The launches list holds only tokens whose oldest pool is under seven days old, and only those that pass its depth and contract tests. Open any coin from either list and its age is shown with its depth, turnover and contract address.
