This is less a head-to-head than a division of labour. Coinglass measures the perp complex; we compute the options book on top of it.
Coinglass is the widely used reference for the perpetual futures complex: funding rates, open interest, long/short ratios and liquidation data across thirty-plus exchanges. It is not an options gamma product, and that is the honest headline of this comparison. If you are choosing between the two, you are probably choosing between two different questions.

| Best for | Reading the options book that sits over the perps, and the index book beside it | Broad perp-market surveillance across many venues |
Coverage of the perp complex, and it is not close. Thirty-plus exchanges, funding and open interest everywhere, and the liquidation data that most of the category quotes. Their entry tier is $29 and the ladder runs to $699. For watching where leverage is building across the whole market, it is the obvious tool and we use that kind of data ourselves.
We compute the options layer: who is short gamma, where the walls are, where positioning changes sign. That is a different measurement from open interest on perps, and it is the one that says how a move will behave rather than how much leverage exists.
We also keep funding per venue rather than blending it, because the spread between venues is the part that carries information — an average across venues is a rate nobody pays. And our universe is filtered to books with real open interest, which is fewer rows than thirty exchanges and a cleaner number.
Then there is the layer above: Dr. NoVo reading the map and answering in English, and the whole thing reachable from your own AI client over MCP.
The honest recommendation is that these complement each other. Coinglass tells you leverage is piling up and where the liquidation clusters sit; the dealer map tells you whether the options book will damp the resulting move or amplify it. Reading either alone leaves the other question open. If you have to pick one, pick the one that matches the trade you are actually making.
