A human desk goes home on Friday. The market it was watching does not entirely stop. Perpetual contracts on the major indexes keep trading. Stock tokens keep changing hands on-chain. A chain full of new tokens keeps minting. On a Sunday afternoon there is more live market than there was five years ago, and no person is paid to sit in front of it.

That is the gap a markets Super Intelligence fills. Dr. NoVo, NoVo’s Financial Markets SI, reads those venues every hour of the week. What a markets Super Intelligence is covers the idea. This is what it looks like on the one day the old desk had nothing to read.

The index, through its perps

He reads the S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100 perps against their own price at Friday’s close. That gives a live figure for where traders have each index. He reads the perps on the largest index names the same way, so he can say which of them are behind the move. He also reads what longs are paying to hold each contract, and how much is open.

The shares that exist on-chain

For Robinhood’s stock tokens he reads supply straight from each contract. On a weekend that supply sits still, because minting follows market hours. He knows the quote on those tokens goes wide when the stock market is shut, so he does not treat its midpoint as a price. He uses the last tight quote and says that he did.

The chain

He reads the Robinhood Chain trending list every minute and knows which coins are on it for the first time. For each he has depth, turnover and the split of buying and selling wallets. He keys every token on its contract, because names repeat.

Where he stops

An SI that reads this much has to be strict about what it concludes. Dr. NoVo reports the perp move as a market price and does not turn it into a forecast for Monday. He says nothing about small caps from an S&P 500 contract, because no small-cap perp exists to read. When his own record of open interest is a day old, he says it is a day old. When a feed is down he says it is down, and he does not fill the silence.

That restraint is the product. Speed and coverage are what make an SI possible. Refusing to say more than the data supports is what makes it worth asking.

What you do with it

You ask him. Where do the perps have SPY, which names are carrying it, what entered the trending list today, how deep is that pool. He answers from what he read and names it. The trade stays yours.
