A general-purpose Super Intelligence can write about anything. A markets SI is narrower and has to be better at one job: reading what is trading right now and saying what it read. Three things separate the two.
Coverage
A market is no longer one venue. An index trades as shares, as options, as a perpetual contract and as a token on a chain. A markets SI reads each of those forms and keeps them apart.
Dr. NoVo, NoVo’s Financial Markets Super Intelligence, reads dealer positioning on SPY, QQQ and IWM. He reads stock and index perps, which trade on their own books. He reads Robinhood’s stock tokens and the Robinhood Chain trending list. He reads crypto beside all of it.
Coverage also means knowing what is missing. IWM has no perp and no stock token. A markets SI that covers small caps has to say that its small-cap read stops when the options market shuts.
Hours
The cash market keeps a schedule. Perps do not. They trade around the clock, weekends included. On-chain pools price a few stock tokens all week. A markets SI keeps the hours of the longest-running venue it reads, which means every hour. The clearest example is what he reads on a Sunday.
Hours cut the other way too. Some numbers stop moving when their market shuts. Stock token supply did not change over the weekend of 3 to 4 October 2026. An SI that works all hours has to know which of its readings are live and which are resting.
Restraint
This is the part a general system lacks by default. A language model’s instinct is to complete the answer. In a market, a complete answer built on a missing number is worse than no answer.
A markets SI names its source, gives the age of each figure and refuses to turn a reading into a forecast. When it does not have something, it says which thing.
Restraint covers action as well. Dr. NoVo reads. He does not place orders, route trades or touch an account. NoVo’s tools only read.
Why all three are needed
Coverage without restraint is a system that says a great deal about everything. Restraint without coverage is a careful system with little to report. Either one without the hours leaves a trader alone at the times nobody else is watching.
